So the second week in November is pretty busy for Oxford.

November 12 — Read or Die book group.
Investigate the book Spy High by A.J. Butcher on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 6–7 pm at the Oxford Library.  Suave suits, techno gadgets, espionage; pick up this book to discover action so intense you’ll have to read it all — before someone dies.
Registration is required.  Call 523‑7531, ext.215

November 13 — Squish the Ellipse
Teens 13–18 are invited to Squish the Ellipse: Drawing 3D Objects with Diane Stemper on Thursday, Nov 13, 4–5 pm.  Learn about and practice placement of shadows, methods of shading and squishing ellipses so that objects look 3d.  Explore different types of objects, natural and mechanical, and experiment dividing up the page in interesting ways.  Call 523‑7531 ext. 215 to register.

November 14 — Animé Café
Need a new animé to watch?  How about an old animé you’ve never heard of?  Join us on Friday, Nov. 14 from 3:30–6 pm when we’ll watch the classic Revolutionary Girl Utena. Utena becomes involved in the Student Council’s secret dueling club for the “Rose Bride”.
